1. Order Confirmation

Once an order is successfully placed on our website or through our sales team, you will receive a confirmation message with details of the products and delivery schedule. Please review your order details carefully at this stage.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and processed for dispatch or delivery.

• Due to the nature of construction materials (AAC blocks, adhesives, and accessories), we do not accept cancellations once an order has been invoiced or loaded for transport.

• Any request for modification must be made immediately after placing the order and is subject to approval based on stock availability.

3. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued once an order has been processed, dispatched, or delivered.

• Refunds are only applicable in case of wrong product delivery or proven manufacturing defect, verified by our team within 24 hours of delivery.

• Approved refunds (if any) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive damaged or incorrect products:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and order details.

• Our team will review and arrange for replacement (if applicable) or resolve the issue as per company policy.
